Service data needed to operate the alerts (e.g., delivery status of messages).

How we use it

Your mobile number is used solely to deliver the automated market-condition alerts you opted in to receive. We use contact details only to operate and support the notification service.

Mobile information & SMS: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent your mobile number or messaging data. Information sharing to subprocessors strictly to deliver messages (e.g., our messaging provider) is limited to that purpose and is not for marketing. SMS opt-in consent is never shared with third parties.

Message frequency, rates, and opt-out

Message frequency varies — alerts are event-driven. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. Opting out stops all further messages.

Data retention & security

We retain contact information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and we apply reasonable safeguards to protect it.
